Thilo Pachmann was admitted to the Aargau bar in 2008. He joined our firm as an associate in the same year.
Thilo’s practice focuses on litigation and arbitration, intellectual property rights, corporate and commercial law as well as IT and sports law. Thilo has published various articles on corporate and sports law, in particular his doctoral thesis on “Sports Associations and Corporate Governance”.
Thilo obtained his law degree from the University of Zurich in 2003 and his PhD in 2007. He completed his legal traineeship at the Swiss Takeover Board and the Commercial Court of the Canton of Aargau. His working languages are German, English and French.
Thilo is a member of the Swiss Bar Association and the Zurich Bar Association as well as of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
