Oliviero A. Soldati
Oliviero A. Soldati was admitted to the Zurich Bar in 1997 and the New York Bar in 2007. He joined our firm as an associate in 2008.
Oliviero’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law and M&A transactions. He further assists corporate clients on regulatory issues and contractual matters. Oliviero has published articles on diverse subjects, mainly on corporate law. He also taught Swiss Constitutional Law, International Environmental Law, and Environmental Law in Developing Countries to Burmese law students in Thailand. Prior to joining our firm, he worked in the legal services department of a leading audit firm in Basel, New York, and Zurich as well as in a law firm in Geneva.
Oliviero obtained his degrees in Law and Business Administration/Economics from the University of St. Gallen. In 2006, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School. His working languages are English, French, German, and Italian.
Oliviero is a member of the following professional organizations: Zurich Bar Association, Swiss Bar Association and American Bar Association.
