Philipp Kruse was admitted to the Berne Bar in 1997. He joined our firm as an associate in May 2008.
Philipp advises corporations and individuals on domestic and cross border tax matters, including tax optimisation, transaction structuring, corporate finance and VAT.
Philipp holds degrees from the University of Berne (Fürsprecher, 1997) and the University of Exeter/UK (LL.M., 2001). Prior to joining our firm he had worked for two law firms in Zurich in corporate law and transaction matters. He gained substantial experience in dealing with the tax affairs of corporations and individuals during his employment with the Tax Administration of the Canton of Zurich (2003-2007) and then in a private tax consultancy firm in Zurich (2007/2008). His working languages are German, English and French.
Philipp is a member of the Zurich Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association.
