Urs obtained his law degree from the University of Lausanne in 2004. He is currently writing a doctoral thesis in contract law on innominate contracts. His work experience includes a position as a scholar at the Center for Business Law of Lausanne University (CEDIDAC). He has also worked as a legal trainee with courts and law firms in the cantons of Solothurn and Zurich.
Urs is the author of several legal publications, mainly on contract and private international law.
His working languages are German, French, English and Spanish.
