Laurent Gabus was admitted to the Neuchâtel bar in 2004. He joined our Madrid office as an associate in 2010.
Laurent’s practice focuses on international arbitration proceedings and complex domestic and international litigation, including conflict of laws and enforcement proceedings. He has acted as party counsel for Swiss and foreign clients in several international arbitrations, mostly relating to supply contracts, joint ventures and contract disputes. He has also represented clients in proceedings before the state courts in various Swiss cantons.
He obtained his law degree from the University of Neuchâtel and a master of laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School. From 2006 to 2009, Laurent worked as an associate in the litigation and arbitration team of a leading firm in Zurich. His working languages are French, English, Spanish and German.
