David F. Braun
David F. Braun has been an associate in our Geneva office since 2006.
David is experienced in all aspects of insurance law, both contentious and non-contentious. He advises clients (insurance companies and policyholders) in domestic and international litigation. David is also a member of the team in charge of complex litigation in the area of banking and finance.
David's contentious work includes court litigation and international litigation. He regularly assists clients in settlement negotiations.
David obtained his law degree from the University of Lausanne in 1997. He worked for five years as a member of the legal department of a Swiss insurance company. He was admitted to the Geneva bar in 2005. His working languages are French and English.
David is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and of the Swiss Bar Association.
