Frédéric Serra joined our Geneva office as an associate in 2004.
Frédéric's principal areas of practice include intellectual property and information technology, both contentious and non-contentious, contract and corporate law, domestic and international litigation as well as debt collection and bankruptcy proceedings.
Before being admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2004, Frédéric graduated from Geneva University School of Law in 2002 and from the University of Grenoble, France, in 2000, with a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property. Frédéric also has a French Bachelor of Law Degree. French and English are his working languages.
Frédéric is a member of the Geneva Bar Association.
