Olivier Sigg has been an associate in our Geneva office since 2005.
Olivier's main expertise is in trusts, foundations and other estate planning techniques. He also practices litigation and has substantial experience in labour law, having been a clerk with the Geneva Labour Court since 2003.
Olivier graduated from the University of Geneva in 2002 and was admitted to the bar in 2005. During his studies, he took part in the "Swiss Mobility" programme and studied for one year at the University of Bern. Olivier gained his earlier work experience in a commercial law firm and at the Geneva Court of Appeal. He speaks French, Italian, English, German and Spanish.
Olivier is a member of the following professional associations: Swiss Bar Association, Geneva Bar Association, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is a committee member and the Student Liaison Officer of STEP Suisse Romande.
