Vibeke Jaggi has been an associate in our Geneva office since 1994.
Vibeke has substantial experience in every aspect of employer/employee relationships with an emphasis on individual employment contracts and day-to-day advice to multi-national inhouse lawyers on employment and labour issues. Her practice also includes employment related litigation, in particular in respect of abusive termination.
She has also a wide experience in immigration law, in particular in connection with permit applications for foreign clients.
Vibeke is co-author of several publications on Swiss employment law. Her working languages are French, English and Danish.
Vibeke is one of our firm's representatives within the Employment Law Alliance, having as its motto "Helping Employers Worldwide".
