Raffaele Rossetti has been a partner in our Zurich office since 2010.
Raffaele specializes in banking/finance as well as in collective investment schemes structures (including foreign schemes, venture capital and real estate projects). Other areas include licensing procedures of banks, insurance companies, stock exchanges, securities dealers and collective investment schemes. Raffaele worked for a number of years at FINMA (formerly the Federal Banking Commission, the Swiss financial markets regulatory authority). He is a member of the teaching staff of the Center of Banking Studies of the Ticino Bank Association.
Raffaele obtained his law degree from the University of Zurich in 1993. His working languages are Italian, German, French and English.
Raffaele is a member of the following professional associations: Ticino Bar Association, Swiss Bar Association, Swiss Fund Association (SFA).
