Hans Stuber has been a partner in our Zug office since 1991.
Besides being a Public Notary, Hans advises clients in all aspects of commercial law, both contentious and non-contentious. He advises corporate domestic and international clients in a broad range of industries. He also advises Swiss and foreign private clients on international trust and estate matters, leases, real estate, prenuptial agreements, wills and other inheritance matters.
Hans obtained his law degree from the University of Zurich in 1975. In 1982, he qualified as Public Notary. His working languages are German, English and French.
Hans is a member of the following professional associations: Zug Bar Association, Swiss Bar Association, International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), International Fiscal Association (IFA).
