Mattias L. Johnson
Mattias L. Johnson was admitted to the Zug bar in 2003. He joined our firm as an associate in 2004. He is the managing partner of the Zug office.
Besides being a notary public, Mattias’ practice focuses on corporate and commercial law as well as business transactions, incl. M&A. He also advises Swiss and international clients on matters regarding Swiss employment and immigration law.
Mattias obtained his law degree from the University of Fribourg (lic. iur.) in 1996 and from the University of London, King's College (LL.M.) in 2000. He qualified as a notary public in 2003. His working languages are German, English, Swedish and French.
Mattias is a member of the following professional associations: Zug Bar Association, Swiss Bar Association, International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
