Jérôme de Montmollin has been a partner in our Geneva office since 1998, after having been an associate in our Geneva and London offices since 1989. He is currently the managing partner of the Geneva Office.
Jérôme is experienced in finance transactions, mainly in the field of oil and gas, in corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions. He also has wide experience in debt collection and bankruptcy matters, as well as assets tracing, including civil and criminal attachments.
Jérôme obtained his law degree from the University of Neuchâtel in 1980 and was admitted to the bar in 1983. Before joining Froriep Renggli, he worked for five years as a clerk with the Swiss Supreme Court (Civil Court and Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Court). He is a guest teacher at the University of Tours (France). His working languages are French, English, Italian and German.
Jérôme is a member of the following professional associations: Geneva Bar Association, Swiss Bar Association and Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA).
