Jean-Marie Vulliemin is the partner in charge of our Madrid office.
Jean-Marie has broad experience in international commercial arbitration, both as counsel and as arbitrator (ICC, Swiss Chambers of Commerce; IATA; CAS; LCIA). He is very active in art and sports law, as well as in private banking law.
Jean-Marie obtained a PhD from the University of Lausanne in 1988 and in Spain in 1990. He is a regular speaker and publisher on arbitration, art law and sports law (e.g. at ICC, IBA) and is director of the Assets Management Program with Instituto de Empresa. His working languages are Spanish, French and English.
Jean-Marie is a member of the following professional associations: Swiss Bar Association, Swiss Lawyers Association, Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and Institute for International Arbitration (IAI). Moreover, he is member of the Board of the Club Español de Arbitraje (CEA).
