Jean-Luc Herbez has been a partner in our Geneva office since 1987.
Jean-Luc has an extensive practice in commercial and corporate law, banking and securities law including regulatory, finance, audit and litigation aspects. He advises domestic and international clients and acts as a director in a limited number of regulated companies. Jean-Luc obtained a degree in economics (1970) and his law degree (1976) from the University of Geneva, as well as an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Centre for Study of Financial Institutions (1981). He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 1978.
Jean-Luc is a member of the Geneva and Swiss Bar Associations and a Swiss Stock Exchange authorised representative. His working languages are French, English and German.
