Dr. Catrina Luchsinger Gähwiler
Catrina Luchsinger Gähwiler was admitted to the Zurich bar in 1995. She joined our firm as an associate in 2000.
Catrina specialises in financial market law and corporate law. She regularly advises banks, asset managers and investment funds on regulatory issues as well as on contractual aspects relating to the financial market industry. She also has considerable experience in acquisition and project financing transactions. Her work furthermore covers general corporate work both for listed and privately held companies, merger & acquisitions as well as equity capital market transactions.
Catrina obtained her law degree from the University of Zurich in 1991 and her PhD in 2004. Her working languages are German, English and French.
Catrina is a member of the following professional associations: Zurich Bar Association, Swiss Bar Association, International Bar Association (IBA).
