Dr. Eric Haymann
Eric Haymann has been a partner in our Zurich office since 1979.
Eric advises on domestic and international M&A transactions and on all aspects of commercial law, both contentious and non-contentious. He also acts as counsel in arbitration cases. He advises domestic and international clients in a broad range of industries, including real-estate, pharmaceuticals, fashion, biotech and financial services. He has strong connections to the Israeli markets, as well as Latin America, in particular Brazil. Eric also represents and advises private clients on the structuring of assets and estate planning.
Eric obtained his law degree from the University of Zurich in 1969 and his PhD in 1973. His working languages are German, French, English, Italian and Hebrew.
Eric is a member of the following professional associations: Zurich Bar Association, Swiss Bar Association, International Bar Association (IBA) and International Tax Specialist Group (ITSG).
