Marcel C. Steinegger has been a partner since 2001 and his office is in Zurich.
Marcel is a highly experienced litigator in both international and domestic commercial cases, in regulatory enforcement work and regulatory issues. He numbers among the well respected lawyers for white-collar crime cases in the Swiss market and advises on international judicial matters in civil and criminal matters. Marcel also advises clients on corporate and commercial matters and is very active in sports law, both contentious and non-contentious.
Marcel obtained his law degree from the University of Zurich in 1988 and his post-graduate degree from the University of San Diego (LL.M.) in 1998. His working languages are German and English.
Marcel is a member of the following professional associations: Zurich Bar Association, British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (Legal & Tax Chapter), Member of the board of Swiss Association of Football Players, Swiss Association of Icehockey Players and World Association of Professional Cyclists.
