Peter J. Merz has been a partner in our Zurich office since 1993. He is the Managing Partner of the firm.
Peter advises clients in a broad range of industries, including banks, on M&A transactions and on all aspects of commercial law, both contentious and non-contentious. He has strong connections to the Asian markets. Peter also represents and advises select wealthy individuals on their specific private and commercial needs.
Peter obtained his law degree from the University of Zurich in 1978. His working languages are German and English.
Peter is a member of the following professional associations: Zurich Bar Association, Swiss Bar Association, Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).
