Marco A. Rizzi
Marco A. Rizzi has been a partner in our Zurich and Madrid offices since November 2005 and September 2006, respectively.
Marco advises on international commercial and financial transactions, including M&A, joint ventures and venture capital. He has long-standing experience in a broad range of industries, such as banking/financial services, pharmaceuticals, biotech and hi-tech. Furthermore, Marco advises clients on regulatory issues in the banking and financial services sector. In the afore-mentioned areas of law, he represents both corporations and individuals in court and before arbitral tribunals.
Marco obtained his law degree from the University of Bern (Fürsprecher) in 1994 and from King's College London (LL.M.) in 2000. His working languages are German, Spanish, Italian, English and French.
Marco is a member of the following professional associations: Swiss Bar Association, Zurich Bar Association, Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), Associazione Internazionale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana (AIGLI), International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
