Froriep advised Adent Cliniques Dentaires Groupe SA and its subsidiaries on their refinancing by a syndicate of banks under the lead of UBS Switzerland AG
Adent is the Swiss business of Hesira Group Limited, a pan-European dental clinics operator established in 2013 by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.
FRORIEP’s work included negotiating all and drafting part of the transaction documents and closing items, the co-ordination of the workflow with Oaktree’s Luxembourg based funds and the drafting and negotiation of the release documents with the outgoing lenders.
