FRORIEP advised Hogg Robinson Group plc and its subsidiaries on the refinancing of their £ 150,000,000 credit facility granted by a syndicate jointly led by HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group as well as updates to an existing loan granted by the Prudential insurance group.

Hogg Robinson Group plc is a leading global B2B services company specialising in travel, payments and expense management. FRORIEP’s work included negotiating and drafting all borrower-side transaction documents and closing items for the Swiss leg of the transaction.
