Froriep advised Senioresidenz AG (Ticker: SENIO) on its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on BX Berne Exchange and a 50 Million share capital increase
On 1 March 2018, the shares of the Swiss real estate investment company SenioResidenz AG, Zurich were listed and for the first time traded on the BX Berne eXchange. In the context of the IPO, the company’s share capital was increased by additional CHF 50 million through the offering of the new shares to existing and new investors. The share offering was oversubscribed and was executed on the 27 February 2018. The existing and the new shares were listed on 1 March 2018 at BX Berne eXchange.
FRORIEP Legal AG acted as SenioResidenz AG’s legal counsel for all legal work and documentation in connection with the preparation and execution of the share capital increase, the initial public offering and the listing of the existing and new shares on the BX Bern eXchange.
