FRORIEP advised the founders and shareholders of KNIME.com AG with regard to a €20 million investment made by Invus, an equity investor with offices in New York, London, Paris and Hong Kong investing in companies across a wide range of industries including consumer products and services, specialty retail, software, biotech and medical devices.

KNIME.com AG has initiated and continues to drive development of the renowned open source KNIME Analytics Platform, the leading open solution for data-driven innovation, designed for discovering the potential hidden in data, mining for fresh insights, or predicting new futures.

FRORIEP’s work included negotiating and drafting the transaction documents and closing items, including an investment agreement and a shareholders’ agreement, and all of the corporate actions and documents for the implementation and execution of the share capital increase.
