FRORIEP advised the founders of the innovative software developer Livingdocs AG with regard to a strategic investment of the renowned NZZ Media Group in Livingdocs AG. Livingdocs AG specialises in the development of content management systems for editorial staff at media houses.

FRORIEP’s work included negotiating all and drafting part of the transaction documents and closing items, including an investment agreement and a shareholders’ agreement, and also software distribution and license agreements. FRORIEP further executed the capital increase at its Zug offices.
