FRORIEP has advised the Selecta Group in connection with the reorganisation of three group subsidiaries in Switzerland. The reorganization included the mergers of Selecta Purchasing AG, Selecta TMP AG and Selecta Management AG as well as other commercial register relevant adjustments regarding the absorbing entity.

Selecta is the leading vending and coffee services company in Europe with a turnover of EUR 736m and 4’100 employees. Founded and headquartered in Switzerland in 1957, Selecta has grown its geographic market presence to 15 countries across Europe.
