Julie Wynne, partner of FRORIEP and Vice-president of Esela – The Legal Network for Social Impact, will co-lead an “African Impact Lawyers’ Meeting” on 24 October 2019 in Addis Ababa during the Social Enterprise World Forum (SEWF).

The SEWF is the leading forum for international exchange and collaboration in social entrepreneurship and social investment. The success of the event in galvanising the global movement of social enterprise has created a platform for learning, sharing of good practice, ideas and creating partner-ships has made it the main forum for the social enterprise sector.

The 2019 SEWF will be held in Addis Ababa on 23-25 October 2019. The British Council will be hosting the international SEWF in Ethiopia’s capital. The event is expected to attract up to 1,200 social enterprise leaders, policy makers, development partners, private sector representatives, academics, practitioners and supporters from all around the world. The SEWF 2019 is expected to be attended by delegates from over 40 countries and will comprise conference sessions, networking events and social functions.
